I am a certified nutritionist who has worked more than five years and created the nutrition plans for the improvement of a people’s health. Over the time I have come across people of all ages, with different health issues, aspirations or lifestyle choices. In my case, I pride myself in being able to look at the client and try to understand what kind of diet plan would be best suited for him/her. It’s not about giving solutions that will last only for a couple of days or advising on average solutions. Now, I spend my time and effort to consult my clients and make sure that the nutrition techniques that we come up with are feasible, effective, and efficient to produce a long-term and significant outcome.

I use an integrative approach to nutrition, thus, I look at the overall picture when working on nutrition plans. Regarding the problem of diet and nutrition, I firmly adhere to the opinion that there can be no universal recipes and templates here. Not everyone will react the same way to the change to intermittent fasting, there are differences in tastes, health conditions, as well as individual goals. If you are looking to gain, lose weight, control an illness, get more energy or excel in athletics; nutritional requirements can never be generalised. That is why I make the effort of reviewing your previous health experiences, personal and/or medical preferences, and current and possible impediments like time limitations or specific diets and allergies.

It’s not just telling you what you should do and leaving you on your own forever, is it? But what I respect is that we sit down and come up with a strategy that fits your beliefs, preferences, and routines. We will always make sure that we have acquired the best strategies that will suit your type of diet whether it is the type that loves preparing meals on his/her own or the type that wants easy and fast meals. I also consider care preferences and requirements related to food allergies and intolerance or specific diets such as vegetarianism, gluten intolerance, or low carbohydrate diets as well as incorporation of necessary nutrition plan for the achievement of ones goals.while still fitting seamlessly into your daily life.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to make informed decisions about your health and nutrition. I don’t believe in promoting strict diets or temporary fixes. Instead, I focus on creating a long-term plan that supports your overall health and wellness. This way, you can build healthy habits that last a lifetime, rather than just achieving short-term results.
